Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Artec platform ("Service"), available at shareartec.com and through our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.1 Brand Accounts

Brand accounts allow businesses to post deals, discover creators, and manage campaigns.

3.2 Creator Accounts

Creator accounts allow content creators to apply for deals, submit content, and receive payments.

3.3 Agency Accounts

Agency accounts allow talent agencies to manage multiple creators and access deals on their behalf.

4. Creator Scoring (Artec Score)

Artec uses proprietary algorithms and AI analysis to score creators based on content quality, engagement, and performance metrics. Creator scores are determined at Artec's sole discretion and may change over time. Artec does not guarantee any specific score or ranking.

5. Deals and Payments

5.1 Deal Terms

All deals between brands and creators are facilitated through the Artec platform. Deal terms, including compensation, deliverables, and timelines, are agreed upon by both parties through the platform.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. Artec facilitates payments from brands to creators but is not responsible for payment disputes between parties except as outlined in our Dispute Resolution process.

Artec may charge platform fees on transactions. Current fee structures are available on our Pricing page.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Creator Content

Creators retain ownership of their original content. By submitting content through the platform, creators grant brands the usage rights specified in the deal terms.

6.2 Platform Content

All Artec platform content, including the Artec Score algorithm, branding, and website design, is the intellectual property of Artec Studio LLC.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ARTEC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARTEC STUDIO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Disputes between brands and creators regarding deals will first be handled through Artec's internal dispute resolution process.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the platform. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
