• Account information: name, email address, profile photo

• Creator profile: TikTok handle, niche, location, age range, gender, portfolio links

• Brand information: company name, contact details

• Video content uploaded for analysis

• Messages and chat interactions with the Artec AI assistant

• Deal applications and campaign information

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device information: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers

• Usage data: features used, pages visited, actions taken within the app

• Analytics data via Mixpanel

• Error and crash data via Sentry

• Push notification tokens

1.3 TikTok Data

When you connect your TikTok account to Artec, we collect information from TikTok's API including your TikTok username, display name, profile photo, follower count, video count, and video performance metrics. This data is used to populate your creator profile and make you discoverable to brands on the Artec platform. We access this data using TikTok's official Login Kit with the following scopes: user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats, and video.list.

• To provide and operate the Artec Service

• To analyze your video content using AI and provide feedback

• To display your creator profile to brands seeking partnerships

• To facilitate brand deals and track creator earnings

• To power the Community leaderboard

• To send push notifications about analysis results and deal opportunities

• To improve and develop the Service

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

3.1 With Brands

Creator profile information (name, TikTok stats, niche, portfolio) is visible to brands using the Artec web platform for the purpose of facilitating partnerships.

3.2 With Service Providers

We share data with third-party providers who help us operate Artec:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and cloud storage

• Google Vertex AI (Gemini): AI-powered video analysis — your video content is transmitted to Google's servers for processing

• RevenueCat: Subscription management

• Mixpanel: Usage analytics

• Sentry: Error tracking

• TikTok: Authentication and API data access

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Artec and its users.

3.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

4. DATA RETENTION

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your account at any time through the app's Profile section. Upon deletion, your personal data, videos, and chat history will be permanently removed within 30 days.

• Access: Request a copy of your data through the app's Profile section

• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data at any time

• Correction: Update your profile information within the app

• TikTok disconnect: Revoke Artec's access to your TikTok account at any time through TikTok's app settings

• Push notifications: Manage notification preferences in your device settings

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Artec is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

7. DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Artec is operated in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.

10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
