Creator Profile Data: If you join as a creator, we collect your account information, creator profile details, and any social account data you explicitly connect to Artec. For connected TikTok accounts, this may include your username, follower count, video count, likes, and linked-account performance metrics made available through TikTok's official API.

Brand Data: If you join as a brand, we collect your company name and campaign-related information including job postings, applicant reviews, and hiring decisions.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our services, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide and improve our services; match creators with brand campaigns; process payments and track earnings; communicate with you about your account; analyze usage patterns to improve the platform; and comply with legal obligations.

We share your information with: brands (creator profiles, application data, and metrics from social accounts you explicitly connect to Artec); creators (job details and brand information); service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processing); and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
